As part of a local summer camp, our team joined the children for a three-hour cultural and English-language workshop.
This was not a typical “English class,” but a lively session designed to help kids use English as a tool to understand the wider world — one of the core values of InHe China.
Language becomes powerful only when it opens a door to the world.\
The children took part in a variety of interactive English games, teamwork challenges, and speaking exercises. Through play and communication, they learned about life in Pakistan and India, discovering new cultural traditions, daily experiences, and stories shared by our international volunteers.
The atmosphere was energetic and joyful — the kind of genuine exchange that helps children build confidence and curiosity at the same time.
This event reflected what InHe China strongly believes in:
English is not the goal — it is a bridge.
A bridge for children in Lüliang to see the world, and a bridge for the world to understand them.
Through play, stories, and cultural exchange, these young students experienced how language can connect people far beyond textbooks.
