From November 2023, we launched a six-month English-teacher training program in Lüliang, led by Dr. Song Lianyi from SOAS, University of London. As a linguistics scholar and senior educator, Dr. Song provided monthly sessions for local teachers eager to strengthen their English skills and classroom practice. This project was fully non-profit and reflected InHe China's commitment to meaningful, long-term educational support in underserved regions.
We bring world-level resources to people, creating a future where learning is shared equally.

Each training session was carefully prepared with PPTs, examples, and interactive teaching methods. Although many participating teachers had limited English proficiency, Dr. Song created an immersive all-English environment, allowing them to experience the atmosphere of a real London classroom without leaving their hometown. For many educators, it was the first time they had access to world-class academic resources. We strongly believe that high-quality education should not be determined by geography, and this project allowed that belief to take visible form.

Later, we secured funding for a two-week academic visit to the United Kingdom for the participating teachers. Although the visit was ultimately not realized due to visa issues, the opportunity itself symbolized what we aim to achieve: opening pathways between distant places and enabling local teachers to step into a wider world of knowledge and connection.

This initiative embodies InHe China's deep sense of social responsibility. We do not treat cultural exchange as a commercial product; instead, we invest our time and resources into projects that create lasting value for communities. Our mission is to bring world-level educational and cultural opportunities to the people who have the least access to them, ensuring that distance, location, or background never limits one’s ability to learn, grow, or be seen.
