InHe China’s Mission

At InHe China, our mission is to invite people from around the world to China for a genuine, immersive encounter with its traditional culture—and to bring the depth, wisdom, and living spirit of Chinese civilization to a global audience.

Why Yangshuo?

Yangshuo is one of the best places in China to learn internal arts because the environment naturally supports stillness and consistency. Surrounded by dramatic karst mountains, quiet rivers, and slow village life, it’s easier to step away from stimulation, breathe deeper, and train with steady focus. The pace here invites a simple rhythm—practice, rest, reflect—so Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and meditation don’t feel like “activities,” but a calm way of living for a few days.
